The purpose of this trip is threefold:  1. RTM will be sponsoring a Leadership Seminar for leaders in the community as well as Bible students and church Pastors, 2. We will be teaching the youth at a vocational school and various leaders how to build bio sand water filters that will provide clean and safe drinking water for their families and community.  3. We will dedicate the RTM Water Cistern project that will provide clean, fresh water for the students at the HIA Ranch in the Petén Jungle.

Robb Thompson Ministries is on the go again this November 26th a team is headed back to Haiti to rebuild a school that was damaged by the quake. The children need to get back to school without the fear of the building collapsing on them while they learn so Robb Thompson Ministries will be sending a construction team along with other dedicated workers who will be teaching in the Bible School and reaching children for Christ.

Several Robb Thompson Ministries team members have been traveling back and forth to Haiti to assist our Missionaries there, Pastor Gary and Carolyn Walker.

Jan was out teaching in the orphanage so that Pastor Gary and Carolyn could assist in the rebuilding of a church that will help to house many left homeless as well as bring the Gospel message of Hope to the Haitian people.

Mike was out teaching as well, but also assisting in construction duties.The rainy season is upon Haiti and they must all have shelter before the rains come. Mike, teaching one of the orphans, is pictured on this page.

Tasha is also teaching and reaching out to the orphans and assisting theWalkers as well. She says, "Many of the buildings are still not safe to be around because of cracks in the wall or roofs partially hanging off of buildings. Nevertheless, people are still near the buildings selling whatever they can sell to provide basic necessities. Thousands upon thousands are living in tents." Tasha also brought with her many teaching supplies that the school was lacking. Because of your generous giving, RTM is sending more medical supplies and teaching materials this week.

When it rains, most of us have shelter and a dry place to rest our head. We have something to eat and clothing to wear. What we see in Haiti is not this, yet the people refuse to give up hope!
